You (the man): My wife and I were about to go to sleep last night when we heard someone trying to get into our house. We were in our bedroom when we heard the noise coming from the front door. We quickly realized that it might be a thief, so we came up with a plan. We pretended to talk about where we kept our jewels, hoping the thief would overhear. Then, we loudly called out for Rama, the kotwal, to come help us. The thief was caught because the kotwal and the villagers rushed to our house when they heard us calling. We did this to trick the thief and keep our home safe.
