5. Disguise in Theatrical Shop
- Griffin then entered a theatrical shop at Drury Lane.
- He found a disguise: bandages on his face, dark glasses, false nose, bushy whiskers, and a large hat.
- To hide his identity, he attacked the shopkeeper and stole money from the shop.

- Constable Jaffers was called to arrest him.
- Griffin resisted, threw off his clothes, and became invisible again.
