Monitoring of court cases and filing reply in Supreme CourU High CourV CAT and lower courts, updating of court case status, submission of quarterly reports to Management of LDCL, ovbrall supervision of all court cases in LDCL, coordination with the Standing Counsel for LDCL, monitoring and timely submission of reports before the court; Admiralty matters, legal opinion, preparation of para wise comments, Examination / vetting of correspondence with Ministries, Departments under Administration, preparing and vetting of contracts/MOUs/ Tender documents/ agreements, handling arbitration matters, preparing and vetting the charge sheets, coordination and assistance in disciplinary proceedings, other works related to court cases and other departmental matters assigned to him/her time to time by the Competent Authority.
